Houston...We have furniture!!!

How excited are we to cast our lawn chairs out to the, well, lawn! No more lounge chairs in the living room...our furniture arrived from Houston last week. It was so generous of Rob's mom, Suzie, to share all of her beautiful things with us. Amazingly, everything fit like a glove...as if it was bought to go just where it was put! I have to share some photos. My brother and mom worked NON-STOP to make my home so comfortable and beautiful for our house-warming party on Saturday. For three days straight, it was nothing but sweat and more sweat! And, it all paid off. We had such a wonderful evening with all of our friends from church, old neighbors and many new neighbors. The food was spectacular and catered by Rob's very close friend Jack Alexander's new place North Beach Deli. If you live in the area, I highly recommend it! The service was incredible and everyone commented on it.

At the end of the night, we had so many gifts and were humbled by everyone's generosity. We will have to have quite a few dinner partys so that we can share the wonderful bottles of wine we received. Thanks to everyone who came and made our new home celebration such a joyous memory!!! We are truly blessed.
